AIMTRAIN … Who we are!

www.aimtrain.net is the newest and boldest pursuit of Melvin C. Pohlkotte II D-Min. D.B.A. (Doing Business As) AIMUNL since 1994.

When governmental emphasis influenced departure from more than 75-years of workplace performance skill transfer and the proprietary trade schools that perfected site and process specific performance, Mel took part-time employment with a local post-secondary technical college.

Concurrent with responsibilities to the college, Mel offered independent consultative partnering for performance skill training as AIMUNL. The name was established as an acronym focusing on our mission … to develop an Association for Improvement Management, UNLimited.

In the latter part of 2010, the college system that Mel was working with underwent realignment. The role of my direct supervisor was eliminated and the location of the base of operations was moved another 20 miles away. Mel broke from employment in favor of spending his working hours pursuing performance-based skill training as a contractor … thus … AIMTRAIN.

www.aimtrain.net represents the career attainments and experience gained by Mel through a 68-year career in facilitating and administering earn-while-you-learn (no educational debt) skill attainment methods, and herein shares the many resources readily available to anyone sincerely desiring to prepare for workplace readiness, or promotability without incurring educational debt.

The existing web offer is set forth as a dynamic resource for individuals, training agents, and corporate Human Resource professionals regarding the means and methods of sourcing, implementing and administering performance skill training linked to real work in real environs on real equipment and in real time.
